Hunter Niswander has handled pressure situations for the ‘Americas Team’ the Dallas Cowboys, but even he probably wasn’t ready for what was about to go down on Friday night. The well-traveled punter went through a lot of emotions when his pregnant wife, Corinne Niswander, went into labor.
My wife is a champ!!! 💪🏼 And God is so good! Mama and baby are doing great! And yes, I got to deliver our baby on the side of the highway! Shoutout to our local fire department and EMTs… you all got there so fast and helped tremendously! #MerryChristmas https://t.co/ZwbVnpuWJQ

Niswander indicated through Twitter that he had delivered his son. It’s wonderful to hear, but that’s just the gist of the even bigger news. According to the 29-year-old, his wife’s baby was born on the side of the road in Solon, a suburb of Cleveland.
He quoted a tweet report from the North East Ohio Police and Fire Scanner account that shared:
A female gave birth in her car, and the baby is awake and crying.
