Hard Knocks gives football fans an in-depth look behind the scenes of an NFL football team, with the team changing each year. Usually the team that is picked is a team with heavy storylines circling, and it’s not usually a team that has had much success in recent years.

This season, NFL fans have been watching the ‘Hard Knocks’ treatment of the Dallas Cowboys. While the Cowboys have a ton of potential and talent, an injury to Dak Prescott last year derailed America’s team once again.

One of the best parts about watching Hard Knocks isn’t about the training and the teammate relationships, it’s about the human side of players. We recently got to watch what was supposed to be a heartwarming moment between Trevon Diggs’ son Aaiden and his hero Dak Prescott. It didn’t QUITE go as planned…

After calling Dak his “favourite quarterback in the whole wide world,” Aaiden accidentally calls Prescott by another name instead; Patrick Mahomes. It sounds like it could have literally just been a misspeak more than actually not knowing who it is, but it made for a hilarious moment nonetheless.
