The Dallas Cowboys came into this game already playoff bound while the Miami Dolphins needed a win to get into the playoffs. Seems the Dolphins fight to get into the postseason was too much for Dallas to handle as Miami got the win in the dying seconds with a field goal. Here’s the reaction on social media throughout tonight’s game.
The first drive was going well and the Cowboys offense marched down to the one-yard line. But then they fumbled and Miami recovered.
And that is a perfect example of the difference between the #Cowboys at home versus the version of them that shows up on the road. Those types of mistakes.
Coming up with no points after a drive like that, with FOUR conversions, on the one-yard line … is absolutely brutal.

But the Cowboys defense held.
CeeDee Lamb made a catch on the next drive and showed off his play-making skills scoring the touchdown.

The Dolphins tried to find their groove in the second quarter. They went for it on fourth-down and Dallas holds.
After the refs called roughing the passer on Micah Parson, the Dolphins score just before the half.
Penalties in key moments helped stall drives. That was certainly the case in the third quarter.
The game then became a battle of the kickers. In the fourth quarter, Brandon Aubrey hit another field goal to make it 19-13.
A huge sack came on third-down. It put Miami out of scoring range and forced a punt.
Cowboys offense started to roll. KaVontae Turpin drew a pass interference in the endzone. Dak threw to Brandin Cooks for the score on to finish the drive. Cowboys take the lead 20-19.
Miami use the ground game to kill time and get into field goal range. The Cowboys then lose with the final kick.
