Christina Applegate’s Loving Husband Has Stuck by Her Side Amid MS Battle

The romantic journey between LeNoble and Applegate began after 13 years of friendship. They officially started dating, and LeNoble proposed on Valentine’s Day in 2010. Three years later, the couple exchanged vows in an intimate ceremony at their Los Angeles home.

Through sickness and in health, he stood beside her
One of the pivotal moments in their relationship happened when Applegate faced a major health challenge — a double mastectomy following a sudden breast cancer diagnosis in 2008. LeNoble became a pillar of support during this trying period, and Applegate expressed her gratitude, stating (via a 2009 interview): “He gave me something to really want to live for and something to smile about” adding that he makes her feel “beautiful”.

In addition to their unwavering support for each other, Applegate and LeNoble welcomed a daughter, Sadie Grace LeNoble, in 2011 – the now-12-year-old is the spitting image of her famous mother!

Applegate’s journey with breast cancer prompted her to advocate for awareness and participate in initiatives supporting research. CNN reported that she made the courageous decision to undergo a double mastectomy after testing positive for the BRCA mutation, something that would have taken bucketloads of courage to do.

LeNoble supported Applegate through her MS diagnosis
The actress, known for her role in Samantha Who?, sadly revealed another health challenge in 2021— a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis (MS). In her candid sharing of the journey, Applegate acknowledged the difficulties but said she has tried to stay resilient: “It’s been a tough road. But as we all know, the road keeps going.”

Applegate, who values privacy, has clearly chosen to face each day with determination amidst her MS diagnosis. The condition has presented new challenges, affecting aspects of daily life, though the Married… with Children actress has remained optimistic, supported by her husband and daughter.

LeNoble, whom Applegate affectionately calls her “angel,” continues to be a pillar of strength, providing care and hope. I don’t think I would have been able to get through any of it without him,” she said of her husband.

While the duo faces health challenges together just like any other couple, LeNoble’s support remains unwavering – and it’s heartwarming to see.
