Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes recently revealed that he might have played a pivotal role in the newfound romance between his friend and teammate Travis Kelce and pop superstar Taylor Swift.

Mahomes shared that he was the one who initially invited Kelce to attend Swift’s concert, which sparked a chain of events ultimately leading to one of the most talked-about relationships in sports and pop culture.

“I like to take some of the credit,” Mahomes said in a recent interview. “I was the one who invited Travis to the first Taylor concert. He was sitting in my suite, so I feel like I was the matchmaker.”
