A video has emerged of Chiefs defensive back Mike Hughes vomiting while Cowboys’ Jayron Kearse was pulled over for DWI.
Former first-round pick Mike Hughes is all set to try and get his career on track with the Kansas City Chiefs, as things didn’t quite go to plan with the Minnesota Vikings. He was traded to Kansas City in May, but now two months later, he’s got some explaining to do.
That’s because TMZ was able to obtain police video of Hughes vomiting while Cowboys’ Jayron Kearse was pulled over and arrested for DWI. The two were suiting up for Minnesota at the time, as this clip is from 2019.
Mike Hughes vomiting outside of a Mercedes isn’t a great look for him
Obviously, Brett Veach and the Chiefs are probably quite disappointed after seeing this clip. The same can be said for Jerry Jones and the Cowboys, who signed Kearse to a one-year deal back in March.
The two players are looking to make an impact with their new teams, but they’ve now got this embarrassing clip for everyone to see. For the Chiefs, they’re focused on trying to get back to the Super Bowl for the third straight season come next winter. The last thing they want or need are any off-field distractions.
With Kearse, he wants to try and help the Cowboys get to the postseason in 2021 after what was truly a forgettable 2020. Now that Dak Prescott is back to full health, Dallas will have high expectations for the upcoming campaign.
This arrest video was two years ago and it’s clear the two have pushed forward from this incident. With that said, this should be a reminder to the two of them that the NFL world is always watching.
