Cleveland Browns wide receiver Elijah Moore was spotted walking to the locker room before halftime after suffering an apparent head injury in Thursday’s game against the Jets.

Moore caught a pass from quarterback Joe Flacco on second-and-7 for a huge gain but he paid for it dearly as he stayed down on the ground following a hit from Jets linebacker C.J. Mosley. He appeared to twitch while he was on the ground.

He was ruled out of the game at the start of the second half.
