Here on road, Cowboys have three presnap penalties on offense: two false starts (TE Peyton Hendershot and TE Jake Ferguson) and an illegal shift on WR CeeDee Lamb. Lamb was offside and corrected, backing up with Ferguson in motion. Maybe can check alignment earlier to avoid.
