He also sold his house in 9,440 square feet in Brentwood for $19.6 million.

1. Mansion in Summit County, Ohio

The moment LeBron James found out he would be staying in his hometown; He went looking for a house immediately. However, with his rookie contract, he had to be a little demanding.

After examining his options, James spent $2.1 million on a mansion and built a 30,000-square-foot mansion on his Bath Township property. Aside from the six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, James’ property has amenities you’ll probably only find in a shopping center. It has a recording studio, a two-lane bowling alley, a casino, a theater, a sports bar, an aquarium and a barbershop.

If that’s not impressive enough, that’s simply what it looks like on the inside. Today, the mansion is worth $9.2 million.

The 15,846-square-foot home that James spent $23 million on is furnished with an elevator, a home theater, and a custom kitchen. 3. Mansion in Beverly Hills

James’ most expensive castle also happens to be his smallest. Before James demolished his $37 million Beverly Hills mansion to renovate it, the 13,000-square-foot property boasted four bedrooms and seven bathrooms while giving off a more vintage vibe since it was built in the 1930s. Like their other properties, it has a pool and several guest rooms. This mansion is distinguished by having its own tennis court.
