Von Miller of the Buffalo Bills is currently rocked by an assault storm that saw him arrested after a warrant was issued to his name following a 911 call from his pregnant girlfriend.
Her name is Megan Denise and alongside being a licensed medical aesthetician at Cherry Medical Aesthetic in Colorado, she had a career as a pole dancer for Floyd Mayweather and earned income from being a model and opening a clothing line.
She’s estimated to have a net worth in the range of $500,000 USD thanks to those income streams and she also has a wide range of followers on the Meta-owned social media platform, Instagram, which numbers over one million.
The 33-year-old shares a child with Von Miller, a son born in mid-2021. The Buffalo Bills player sent her messages stating he wished she would have a miscarriage and accused her of looking for attention. The pair separated in 2021 after four years together.
Despite that, they reunited at some point and in December 2023 are expecting to have their most recent and third child together before being caught up in the ongoing incident.
Denise, should she be the victim, is now downplaying the assault stating that it never happened but the claims are quite daunting if they did actually take place.
The assault allegedly began at Miller’s apartment in the Dallas-Fort Worth area following a dispute over travel plans as the Bills do not play this week. The woman became upset and left the room, slamming the door behind her, which angered Miller.
She reportedly pleaded with Miller to stop the attack by claiming she is pregnant but it didn’t work as he applied pressure on her neck for three to five seconds before releasing her.
The Bills‘ linebacker is said to have “put his hands around his partner’s neck, shoved her and pulled her hair” and audio from the 911 call placed on the same night as an operator asked if she needed medical help.
“Uh, I don’t know, he pulled my hair out,” the victim said. “I have like, some blood on me but not like, yeah, I don’t know. He just stormed out.”
Although she since denied the extend of the assault in text messages obtained by where she wrote, “We’re fine. Things were blown way out of context. This is actually outrageous.”
